During a semester long research project, our team was tasked with finding Reel's core values and where it lies in the toilet paper market. Our next step was to do consumer research through surveys, one on one interviews, and focus groups, to find insights and opportunities to leverage sustainability and grow market share. We then created design solutions that would encourage consumer behavior change and further build consumer awareness of their product. Adoption of these new strategies would further expand upon their core sustainable values and allow them to become a larger player in the sustainable toilet paper market.

There is an additional opportunity space in introducing American consumers to bidet's, a product that can greatly reduce paper waste.
